    Production processes with a continuous technological cycle are a task assigned to each energy system, which should be based on technologies worthy of the expected result. The company provides a full range of services for the implementation of energy-efficient equipment and complex automation of production facilities.

    Production

    The production site of 3500 sq. meters includes two modern mechanical-board facilities of high-tech equipment. The construction of a new building is under way.

    The company is responsible for all stages of work, from design and survey to technical support throughout the product life cycle.

    Engineering

    RU-DRIVE Engineering Center carries out turnkey design, technical solutions development, diagnostics and audition, preparation of all necessary to start complex projects execution. The company provides a full range of engineering solutions - from design and exploration to service.

    Service works

    The service of the manufacturer located in the republic of Tatarstan and Irkutsk,Russia has the necessary skills, knowledge and experience for carrying out complex maintenance. It has a service center, authorized by the world's largest manufacturers, which provides warranty and maintenance services.

    Drive Technology

    The RU-drive brand is represented on the market by RU-DRIVE VFD frequency converters and RU-DRIVE SMV soft starters, which are designed to control drive mechanisms. It significantly reduce power consumption and contribute to reducing operating costs and wear of controlled mechanisms.

    RU-DRIVE VFD

    The RU-DRIVE VFD frequency converter is designed to control the speed of three-phase asynchronous and synchronous engines with a power of 200 kW to 80 MW and a nominal voltage of 3.0 to 13.8 kV.

    RU-DRIVE SMV

    The soft start device is a complex and highly reliable device for smooth start-up and stop of three-phase asynchronous and synchronous motors with a voltage of 3 - 13.8 kV and a power of 100 kW to 50 MW. The automatic transmission provides an optimal way to reduce current and torque during engine start-up.

    Reactive Power Compensation

    We offer the following types of equipment to solve the problems of energy quality improvement: Active filters of higher harmonics RU-DRIVE LV SVG/APF, static generators of reactive power RU-DRIVE SVG for voltage from 0,4 to 35 kV.

    RU-DRIVE LV SVG/APF

    Low-voltage static reactive power generators are designed to improve the quality of electrical energy at points that are as close as possible to both the sources of interference in the enterprise's network and the consumers of electricity that are sensitive to the quality of electricity.

    RU-DRIVE SMV

    SVG static Var generators (of 6 to 35 kV and 0.5 to 200 megavar) are designed to control the main network parameters, improve power quality, stability and reliability of the power supply system. RU-DRIVE SVG is part of the flexible alternative current transmission systems operating on the basis of modern power electronics.

    Industrial Automation

    We provide services for the development and turnkey execution of various automated control systems projects (centralized operational control and remote control using the operational transfer of information between the objects and the control point).

    DISPATCHING AND DIGITALIZATION

    The creation of a modern dispatching system at the enterprise provides accounting for resource consumption, operational service, coordinated work of all possible autonomous systems included in the infrastructure, as well as multi-level notification in the event of an emergency.

    COMPLEX AUTOMATION

    Software and hardware complex for automized control and control of technological modes of equipment operation in economical and gentle modes of operation.
